This rule applies to children and adults, and to athletes.
I confirm this from my own experience:
After a long day at work, you need to sleep well in order to wake up the next day with a fresh head and new ideas.
And after a difficult workout, you need to rest in order to recover before the next one. This is the only way to achieve results.
Do you like trampolines? Last week we went with our first graders to the trampoline center and had a lot of fun there.
Once again, the rule was confirmed that rest is work for the brain. The next day, the children achieved excellent results in the classroom!
